Leisure vehicles, 85.9% of sales
A solid and highly motivated customer base
Composed for its majority of middle-aged people (55-65), motor caravan customers have free time and revenues allowing for the acquisition of a vehicle. Seduced by the values conveyed by motor caravans (freedom, independence, conviviality, authenticity, economy, environmental awareness), they are used to set off at any time, especially in the off-peak season, away from conventional tourist routes. The demographic growth of this clientele, Trigano’s target market, is set to continue for several years as a result of the “papy boom” and constitutes a solid base for the development of motor caravan and other leisure vehicle markets.
Motor caravans
Motor caravans are the first activity of Trigano, representing more than 60% of sales. The strength of Trigano in this activity lies in its industrial presence in the major countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom), in the relevance and the competitiveness of its offering oriented on the search for the best equipment/price ratio and in the quality of its relationships with its distribution networks.
Caravans
Trigano, that has been manufacturing caravans since more than 50 years, is present on both segments of rigid caravans (touring and living caravans) and of folding caravans. The development of Trigano in this activity relies on the design of light models, in adequacy with the traction capacity of touring cars that are being sold nowadays.
Accessories for leisure vehicles
Accessories for leisure vehicles (solar panels, electrical equipment, cooking utensils,…) are intended for motor caravans, caravans and mobile homes in order to improve their comfort. Trigano has a solid position as a European leader in this segment, with eight establishments in the four main markets (France, Italy, Germany, UK).
Mobile homes
Trigano proposes to its customers (campsites, tour operators, individuals) a wide range of models both in terms of size and of interior and exterior fittings. Trigano also developed specific models adapted to handicapped people, as well as environment-friendly models, manufactured with “green” materials (natural hemp and flax wools, non-treated larch).
Services
Trigano also offers a range of services to complement its sales activity:
- motor caravan rentals through Trois Soleils (a partner of Hertz) and DRM,
- sales of rented stays in mobile homes through Mistercamp and Api Club,
- the financing of leisure vehicles through Loisirs Finance.
